We are an innovation driven, R&D focused company working in the area of low-cost and efficient technologies for disinfection of drinking water public supply systems- both urban and rural. The company was founded as a technology driven startup in the year 2022 by a team of two entrepreneurs- Dr. Parikshit Bansal, Ph.D. Biochemistry and Mr. Satish Rana, B.Tech (Electrical Engineering). It has successfully developed a 100% indigenous, very low-cost, non-electrical, continuous chlorine dosing machine/chlorinator for automatic disinfection of public supply drinking water. A unique feature of the chlorinator 'CHLORITRON' is its accurate and consistent dosing even at high pressure, whenever water supply starts. This ensures a very high degree of 'safety' of the supplied water against microbial contamination. Microbial contamination of drinking water leads to spread of waterborne diseases which cause a loss of more than Rs.4,500 crores every year in India due to associated hospitalization, treatment costs and loss of man days. Effective chlorination is a very low-cost and effective strategy to help in the eradication of waterborne diseases in India.
