Internship Description
Role Description: The WordPress Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development, design, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s digital presence, including its website and associated online platforms. This position is well-suited for individuals with a strong interest in web design and a desire to apply their WordPress proficiency in support of sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining company websites using WordPress CMS
- Upload and format content, including blogs, service pages, and visuals
- Support SEO best practices in on-page formatting and metadata entry
- Help ensure site speed, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility
- Coordinate with the design team to implement banners, infographics, and media content
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and plugin updates
- Assist in creating landing pages for marketing campaigns and events
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper layout, links, and overall performance
