🔥 About this role

We’re building our design team and are looking for a graphic designer who can take ownership and work on a wide variety of tasks, including graphic design, branding, social media infographics, videos, and illustrations. We want to share Zenskar’s story and educate our customers about the product through different channels (presentations, website, social media, blogs, etc.)

You will champion the creative showcasing of Zenskar's capabilities and collaborate closely with the founding team.

Your primary roles and responsibilities will evolve over time but will include:

• Conceptualize, design, and create a wide range of visually appealing and innovative designs (images, illustrations, videos etc) for our blog, website, sales (product storytelling for customer pitches), newsletters/emails, social media, etc.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Zenskar’s visual identity, while also ensuring consistency across all collateral.
• Create visual motion or video content like GIF, Product Feature Videos, Full length and repurposed short form content for Webinar, etc.
• Utilize design principles to arrange text, images, and other graphical elements in an aesthetically pleasing and visually balanced manner, ensuring readability and effective communication.
• Understand design requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality visual assets within specified deadlines.
• Maintain a well-organized digital asset library, ensuring all design files are properly labeled, version-controlled, and easily accessible for team members.

📎 Key qualifications

• Prior relevant experience (Visual design, graphic design, illustration design, communication design)
• Strong command & expertise in illustration design, motion design and video
• Portfolio that shows your creativity, process, and grasp of graphic design fundamentals
• Works efficiently and finds ways to deliver results in tight turnarounds
• Aesthetic appeal - you have an eye for beautiful designs / visuals.
• Excellent communication skills; aptitude to articulate, defend and critique design choices
• Proficiency in standard creative software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects); ingenuous to use unfamiliar tools to hack together a solution when needed
• Detail oriented and self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic
• Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys working with a fast-paced team
• Not taking yourself too seriously :)

Requirements Expertise in using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc All applications need to come with portfolio Available for 4 months with minimum 25 hours a week.

💰 Compensation

• Fixed: INR 10,000 - INR 18,000 per month

• We have an office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru (if you like to work from office occasionally)
