We're seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with exceptional English communication skills, strong IT background and the flexibility to engage with international clients via Zoom calls (UK/US/AUS).

Job Description

• Provide excellent English language and marketing automation support to clients .
• Utilise technical expertise to assist with IT-related tasks, including troubleshooting CRM issues and coordinating updates with Project Managers and Clients.
• Participate in Zoom calls with overseas clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
• Manage tasks assigned by project managers, ensuring prompt completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Adapt to evolving client requirements and maintain flexibility in work arrangements as needed.
• Implementing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Managing and organizing calendars to optimize scheduling and time management.
• Creating and designing landing pages, forms, and surveys to enhance user engagement and data collection.
• Operating and managing task management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, and Monday.com for effective project tracking and team collaboration.
• Proficiently utilizing various application software and tools to support business operations and improve productivity. 

Requirements:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Graduates in any field (BCA/MCA/BTech/IT,Diploma) will get preference.
• Freshers and min 1 year experience both can also apply.
• Strong tech-savvy background with the ability to navigate digital tools and software applications efficiently.
• Willingness to engage in Zoom calls with clients across different time zones (UK/US/AUS)

 ₹5,000 -  ₹10,000 per month
