Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer Intern to join our design team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Create and iterate wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize innovative digital solutions.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to refine designs based on user feedback and technical requirements.
Participate actively in design review sessions and incorporate feedback into the design.
Asset Management:
Assist in maintaining and organizing Figma design libraries, components, and templates.
Ensure consistency and adherence to established design guidelines and brand standards.
User Research & Testing:
Support user research activities, including creating user personas, conducting usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
Analyze test results to refine and enhance designs.
Documentation:
Document design decisions and processes clearly within Figma or other collaborative platforms.
Learning & Development:
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging Figma features to enhance professional growth and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Suite.
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred:
Experience or coursework in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects (personal or professional).
