Position: Telesales Representative

Location: [Budh Vihar phase 2 Rohini ]

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: Day- 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

Night-10:00 PM TO 6:00 AM

Position Summary:

The Telesales Representative will play a key role in promoting and selling our Ayurvedic products via

Inbound/outbond proces via computer . You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with

customers, educating them about the benefits of Ayurvedic products , and driving sales. You should be

enthusiastic, target-driven, and passionate about contributing to the company’s success while providing

excellent customer service .

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided lead list .

 Educate customers about the benefits and features of our Ayurvedic products .

 Identify customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions .

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business .

 Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly .

 Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system .

 Provide feedback on customer trends, product performance, and market opportunities .

 Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and Ayurvedic trends .

 Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies .

Requirements:

 Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the health and wellness or FMCG industry .

 Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills .

 Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and a passion for holistic health is a plus .

 Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers .

 Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets .

 Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs .

 Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment .

 Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite .

 High school diploma or equivalent.
