- Ability to interact well with clients on call

Roles and responsibilities –
- Making Outbound and Inbound Calls
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers over the
- phone with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and facilitate
- the progression of prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators
- (KPIs) set by the management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the
- CRM software or designated database.
- Making almost 80 to 100 calls and emails per day.
- Provide regular feedback to the supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends,
- and opportunities for improvement.
- Require demonstrated skills in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Compliance with Policies and Regulations
