Telesales Executive - Customer Engagement and Sales Coordination

 

Role - Fresher 

Location - Nagpur 

Qualification – Any Graduate 

Skills – 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to interact well with clients on call 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good negotiation skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills 

Roles and responsibilities – 

  • Making Outbound and Inbound Calls 
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers over the 
  • phone with clarity and enthusiasm. 
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and facilitate 
  • the progression of prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators 
  • (KPIs) set by the management. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the 
  • CRM software or designated database. 
  • Making almost 80 to 100 calls and emails per day. 
  • Provide regular feedback to the supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends, 
  • and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Require demonstrated skills in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)                                                                                                                           
  • Compliance with Policies and Regulations
