Internship Description

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with accurate information.

Address customer objections and provide solutions to their concerns.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Maintain a polite and professional approach while handling customer interactions.

Provide information about promotions, discounts, and offers.

Collect customer feedback and report issues to the relevant department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred).
✅ Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident speaking ability in [Language(s) required English, Hindi].
✅ Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convert leads into customers.
✅ Customer Handling Skills: Patience, active listening, and problem-solving attitude.
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email.
✅ Resilience & Motivation: Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
✅ Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
✔ Experience in BPO, call centers, or telemarketing is an added advantage.
✔ Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot).
✔ Ability to speak multiple languages.
