Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.

Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and references.

Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM records.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth operations.

Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and interests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
