We are looking for a Technical Writer with an engineering background (preferably 4-7 yrs of experience) who can translate complex systems into clear, user-ready documentation across any domain. This role demands strong human communication, structured thinking, and AI-assisted documentation skills.

Core Responsibilities

Convert complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, user-focused documentation

Interview engineers and SMEs to extract knowledge with precision and clarity

Create and maintain product documentation, API docs, integration guides, solution documents, and troubleshooting guides

Use AI tools responsibly for first draft, summaries, content restructuring, knowledge extraction (from videos, docs)

Work in docs-as-code environments using Git

Validate APIs and technical behaviour using Postman and OpenAPI

Must-Have Skills

Excellent written English with clarity, structure, and flow

Strong SME interviewing and questioning skills

Visual & Illustration Skills

Ability to create:

Architecture diagrams

Process flows

How-it-works visuals

Comfortable using:

Canva / Figma / similar tools

Strong sense of visual clarity and instructional design

Technical Foundation

4–7 years as an engineer or in a technical role

Strong understanding of:

APIs, web systems, and databases

Ability to:

Read source code

Test APIs

Validate real system behavior
