Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote Bharat Datacenter's services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Expertise and Consultation:
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate data center solutions, cloud services, or IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and detailed product/service explanations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and quotes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation post-sale.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to generate leads and participate in promotional activities, including webinars, events, and campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in data center technologies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine product/service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT or data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center services, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and associated technologies.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
