About the Internship:
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with experienced recruiters, contributing to the talent acquisition process for various technical roles within our company. You'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top technical talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with other HR/recruitment related projects as needed (e.g., employer branding initiatives, researching new sourcing tools).
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and online platforms.
- Technical background is a value add.
- Optional: Any experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
