Designation: Sales Intern / Fresher 

What You Will Do: 

● Assist in Strategy Development: Support in building a coverage plan for the assigned territory, using local insights to maximize business potential. 

● Market Analysis: Help devise go-to-market strategies considering local competition and their offerings. 

● Lead Conversion: Work closely with internal teams to drive conversion of leads and support partnership development. 

● Sales Support: Assist in the acquisition of new business through research, prospecting, and supporting product demonstrations. 

Team Collaboration

● Engage with Sales Teams: Collaborate with senior sales team members to improve the sales process and assist in prospecting activities. 

● Training Support: Help new joiners understand the sales processes, policies, and company guidelines. Revenue and Margin Achievement: 

● Support Revenue Goals: Help build a balanced revenue pipeline for various verticals and products. 

● Assist in Commercial Negotiations: Support senior sales representatives in client interactions and negotiations. 

● Insight Generation: Assist in generating market insights by analyzing competitor data and local offerings. 

Qualifications: 

● Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related fields. 

● Skills: Strong interest in sales and strategy, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn. 

● Preferred: Exposure to HRTech, staffing services, or sales-related activities through coursework, internships, or projects is an advantage.
