As a Site Collaborator Intern at ERYO Services, you will play a crucial role in expanding our parking platform’s reach and ensuring smooth operations at partner sites. This position involves coordinating with local businesses, conducting on-site visits, gathering data, and addressing any operational challenges to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

• Collaborate with local businesses and parking facilities to onboard them onto the ERYO Services platform.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our parking solutions.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.

Site Operations Management:

• Perform regular on-site visits to partner locations to monitor operations and gather feedback.
• Ensure that partner sites adhere to the quality standards set by ERYO Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues reported by users or partners.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data related to parking usage, user behavior, and site performance.
• Generate reports to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to the development and operations teams.

User and Partner Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and assist with their inquiries and concerns.
• Gather and relay user feedback to help enhance the overall service offering.
• Assist in organizing training sessions for partners on using the platform effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site visits and meetings.
• Basic understanding of urban mobility challenges and parking management is a plus.
