Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client negotiations, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve collective and individual targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
  • Project Sales Management:
  • Oversee the promotion and sale of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to showcase property offerings.
  • Market Research and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to legal and company regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a successful track record in closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
