We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain Finance and a strong background in the BFSI domain, preferably in banking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to drive end-to-end solutions for supply chain finance products and services.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes related to Supply Chain Finance (SCF).
Analyze current SCF systems, identify areas of improvement, and propose effective solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
Work closely with product owners, QA teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in solution design, UAT planning, testing, and implementation support.
Provide support for post-production issues and enhancements.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with a focus on banking.
Strong hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance – including invoice discounting, factoring, dealer/vendor financing, etc.
Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and documentation.
Understanding of SCF workflows, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in US shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
Experience working with global banking or financial institutions.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and SQL.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
