Support agile transformation projects at the team and portfolio level.
Work in Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile. Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
Take on key roles in Agile delivery engagements as an Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
Support lean portfolio management projects.
Take ownership of deliverables in terms of time, quality, and effort.
Fulfil an advisory role to our client leaders and support colleagues in the practice.
Contribute to thought leadership, develop intellectual property and methods & tools.
