Job Summary:
 The Sales & Marketing Intern will support the team with various initiatives to drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and engage customers. This role provides an opportunity to learn about both the strategic and tactical aspects of sales and marketing in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and competitors.
    • Identify potential target markets and prospective clients.
    • Gather and analyze data to support campaign planning and business development.
  2. Content Creation & Social Media:
    • Assist in developing content for social media channels, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
    • Schedule and monitor social media posts and track engagement.
    • Brainstorm and contribute new ideas for marketing campaigns.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Help manage CRM systems and maintain records of client communications.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client reports.
    • Participate in sales calls and follow up with clients as needed.
  4. Campaign & Event Support:
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations.
    • Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
    • Handle logistics and coordination for marketing events and meetings.

Qualifications:
 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
 

  • Experience with CRM software or marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles (preferred, not required).
