Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive for lead generation to join our team at Litost India. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, helping expand our client base, and contributing to the growth of the company. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they have a positive experience while learning about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients.
  • Make outbound calls and emails to prospects, introducing them to Litost India’s services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments or meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up with them to ensure continued engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide relevant information to the sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation targets set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with potential clients.
  • A keen interest in sales and marketing with a passion for learning.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Freshers with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude towards achieving goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and media-related services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
