We are hiring for the role of Insurance Sales Associate in Pune (Kharadi).

Work Mode: Work from Office
Account Type: Domestic
Shifts: Rotational (Female employees: Day shift till 8 PM; Male employees: Rotational)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
-- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
-- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
-- Explain product benefits, features, and pricing
-- Handle objections and convert leads into successful sales
-- Meet monthly sales and performance targets
-- Update CRM with accurate customer information and follow-ups
-- Stay updated with insurance products, compliance, and industry trends

Required Skillset:
-- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
-- Neutral accent with strong pronunciation
-- Strong negotiation and closing skills
-- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-- Confidence in outbound calling and objection handling

Qualifications & Experience:
-- Graduation mandatory
-- Only experienced candidates
-- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in:
-- Domestic insurance sales (Health/Motor/Life)
-- OR outbound telesales with proven targets
-- Insurance sales experience is mandatory

Salary:
-- Up to ₹31,000 CTC (based on experience)
-- Incentives up to ₹20,000 per month
