Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and develop potential business clients in the US market through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Understand the company’s products and services, and confidently present these to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate recurring business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client outreach and lead conversion.
- Manage and track leads in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a night shift.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
