(Synvix System) Tech Tonic Labs is a project under Synvix System, focused on delivering IT solutions such as website and app development. As a growing startup, we are expanding our team with motivated interns who want to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 months

Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Timing: Flexible, primarily 6–9 PM (ideal for students or working professionals)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Completion Certificate: Provided at the end of the internship, recognizing your contribution and experience

Perks: Company email ID for client outreach, mentorship, startup exposure, and performance-based incentives

Compensation & Incentives

Commission-Based Role: 10% commission on every successful project closed

Example: A ₹50,000 project earns ₹5,000 commission upon completion and client payment

Monthly Bonus: Interns closing 5+ projects in a month become eligible for additional bonuses (amount decided by HR based on project size and performance)

Unpaid Base Internship: No fixed stipend, but strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation

Pitch IT solutions (websites, apps, software services) to prospective clients

Build and maintain client relationships

Work independently to achieve sales targets

Report progress and collaborate with the HR and IT teams
