• Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

• Eligibility: Final-year students or fresh graduates with a passion for marketing, communication, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferable.
• Smart and presentable with a professional demeanor.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to learn new things.
• Willingness to commute as required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office is a plus.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
