About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher to support our Australian recruitment client. This role focuses on identifying, researching on potential candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Research to identify Australia candidates using LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
• Maintain and update candidate database provided by the client (training will be given)
• Prepare market mapping reports and talent insights for recruitment campaigns.
• Support Australian consultants with database coordination.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, research, or HR support(freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong research and data-handling ability.
• Comfortable with MS Office and online sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
