Job Description:

As a Python Developer at DOC-Q, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our platform. You will work closely with our tech team to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure services that power our healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django/Flask frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and products.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in Django or Flask frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing and implementing them.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) libraries.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in the healthcare industry or on health-tech projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
