Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field (preferred). 

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. 

- Knowledge of solar technologies and systems. 

- Strong leadership and team management skills. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

- Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

- Understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes. 

- Safety certification (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

1. Project Planning: - Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. - Create and maintain project documentation. 

2. Team Leadership: - Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. - Provide guidance, support, and training to project staff. 

3. Site Assessment: - Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential. - Ensure site conditions are optimal for solar installations. 

4. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. - Obtain necessary permits and approvals. 

5. Budget Management: - Develop and monitor project budgets. - Control costs and track expenses. 

6. Supplier and Vendor Relations: - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials. - Negotiate contracts and manage procurement. 

7. Quality Control: - Oversee the installation process to ensure work meets quality standards. - Perform quality inspections and address any issues. 

8. Timeline Adherence: - Monitor project timelines and milestones. - Implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. 9.Client Communication: - Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders. - Address client concerns and provide updates on project progress. 

10. Safety Compliance: - Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site. - Implement safety measures to protect project personnel and the public
