Job Description: Procurement Expert (Tenders – Government & Private)
Location: Sec-10, Rohini, Delhi
Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for government and private tenders.
- Identify relevant tenders, analyze requirements, and ensure timely submission.
- Handle file processing related to tender documentation, compliance, and approvals.
- Prepare and draft letters, certificates, and other necessary documents required for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to government procurement policies, tender guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing and quality assurance.
- Maintain and update records of tender submissions, approvals, and contract execution.
- Monitor industry trends and government procurement updates to stay competitive.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of procurement records for audit and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in procurement, with expertise in government and private tenders.
- Knowledge of:
- E-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, E-Tendering Platforms).
- File processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Drafting official letters and certificates for tenders.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of tender bidding, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and manage legal and financial documents related to tenders.
- Software Proficiency: MS Office, SAP, Tally, or any ERP system for procurement.
