**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in creating interactive visualizations and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions and performance improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and understand business needs.
- Perform data modeling, data transformation, and analysis to prepare data for visualization.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of reports.
- Stay updated with Power BI features, trends, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power BI development.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus but not required.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
