We are looking for a reliable and people-friendly Patient Experience Associate to support a new digital healthcare service being piloted at a reputed hospital in Bengaluru's, HSR Layout. This role involves assisting patients at a dedicated kiosk (Helpdesk), helping them with basic onboarding on to a new mobile app service , and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a hospital-tech environment with exposure to patient interaction and health tech workflows.
Assist walk-in patients at the kiosk and guide them through the service
Help patients use a mobile app
Provide friendly, clear communication and support to patients
Coordinate with hospital team & internal operations team
Good communication skills (spoken English + Kannada/Hindi)
Comfortable using a smartphone, mobile apps, and doing basic data entry on laptop
Friendly, professional, and patient-facing attitude
Punctual and dependable in a hospital setting
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or admin roles is a plus
6 days a week (Monday–Saturday), during OPD hours 11 am to 8 pm.
Contract/internship role for 1 month (with possible extension)
