Job Description for Operations Internship 

Position: Operations Intern 

Location: Pune 

Duration: 3 months 

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of our operations, including process improvement, logistics, supply chain management, and administrative support. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to the operational efficiency of a growing company. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. 

 Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency. 

 Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 

 Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting. 

 Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. 

 Help in maintaining and updating operational databases and systems.

 Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations for management. 

Qualifications: 

 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

 Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. 

 Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 

Preferred Qualifications:

 Previous internship or work experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. 

 Knowledge of operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems). 

 Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
