Internship Description
As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in design, analysis, and development. Key responsibilities include:
- Design & Drafting: Assist in creating 3D models, CAD drawings, and modifying designs using tools like OnShape or Fusion360.
- Prototyping & Testing: Support the construction and testing of prototypes, documenting performance results.
- Research & Development: Contribute to product design improvements, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze design alternatives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and summarize results of analysis and tests.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers and teams to meet project goals, attending meetings to discuss progress.
- Quality & Safety: Assist in quality control, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
