Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management: Assist in the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including videos, blogs, reviews, and ratings, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, and customer support) to coordinate marketing initiatives and get things done efficiently.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring all elements (content, video, social posts) are on schedule and up to quality standards.
• Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on various platforms, ensuring that feedback is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Market Research: Conduct research on current marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing events.
Exposure to Various Marketing Channels: Gain experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including content creation, social media, and campaign analytics.
