we are looking for Operations Interns who can join us immediately. The selected interns will be working closely with our GM – Operational Excellence and will be involved in manufacturing process improvisation and related operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assist in mapping current processes across production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
•
Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks, delays, and improvement opportunities.
•
Support the implementation of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
•
Track project progress, prepare reports, dashboards, and SOP documentation.
•
Conduct time & motion studies and compare actual vs. standard timelines.
•
Help coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
•
Monitor daily KPIs and highlight deviations in productivity, quality, and timelines.
•
Contribute to cost-saving, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement projects.
