Are you passionate about building strong teams and shaping workplace culture? Join us as an HR Intern and play a vital role in our recruitment, learning & development, and employee performance programs. Work closely with our founder to bring in top talent and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders to understand hiring needs and manage candidate screening.
- Onboard new employees and create a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Design and execute recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels to identify the best talent.
- Assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility with the company.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or holding an undergraduate degree (preferred: BBA or related fields).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Internship Details:
- Location: Remote with flexible hours
- Duration: 3 months
