Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
● Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across
various departments
● Conduct initial telephonic screenings of candidates and share assessments with the hiring
team
● Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
● Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms
● Support in organizing recruitment drives, virtual interview rounds
● Coordinate with colleges and institutes for campus placement activities as and when required.
Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
● Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS or HR software is a
plus.
● Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
