Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern who will be responsible for assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes. This internship comes with a job opportunity based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.

Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling.

Support in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.

Assist in onboarding processes and HR documentation.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (Freshers can apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.

Passion for human resources and talent acquisition.
