Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher) 

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. The HR Recruiter will assist in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. 

Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates. - Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process. - Database Management: Update and maintain the data with accurate candidate information and recruitment activity logs. - Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documentation, and organizing orientation sessions. - Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s culture and values on social media and other platforms. - Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and managing recruitment-related documents.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy
