We are pleased to offer you an opportunity to participate in our 3-Month HR Internship Program at Ivory Squid Pvt Ltd. This program is designed to provide you with practical exposure to HR operations while assessing your performance for future opportunities within the organization.

Assessment & Selection Process

-- The first month will serve as a training and evaluation period, where your performance will be assessed on various HR responsibilities.
-- Upon successful completion and selection, you will be offered a paid HR internship for the next two months with a monthly stipend of ₹1,200–₹1,500, based on your performance.
-- If selected, you will also be compensated for the first month of training, making it a paid internship for all three months.
-- If not selected, the training month will remain unpaid, and you will still receive a Training Certificate in recognition of your efforts and participation.

Program Details
-- Duration: 3 Months
-- Timings: 11 AM – 6 PM
-- Incentives: ₹500 per candidate onboarding

Basic Roles and Responsibilities
-- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
-- Maintaining candidate databases and preparing daily recruitment reports.
-- Supporting HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and communication with candidates.
