Job Description:
As a Human Resource Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to key HR functions, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the HR field.

Location: Sector 2, Noida

Duration: 3-6 months] 

Stipend: Up to 15k as per Performance

Working Time: 10 Am to 7 Pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, organising events, and helping to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee progress and maintaining performance records.
  • Support HR operations, including updating employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with HR compliance tasks.
  • Help with HR projects related to employee development, training programs, and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate communication with employees.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software tools.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
