About the Internship

We are seeking an HR Intern to oversee our company's recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Responsibilities of the HR Intern include working closely with the founder to understand hiring needs and managing our hiring processes. A background in HR and excellent communication skills are advantageous. The ideal candidate will make strategic decisions to ensure we hire, develop, and retain competent employees.

Selected Intern’s day to day activities:

  • Work with the founders to hire and screen candidates
  • Onboard new employees
  • Design & execute recruitment strategies and employee engagement strategies
  • Source & screen candidates and identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in any stream.
  • (Preferred stream - BBA , Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
