Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role is located on-site in Gurugram, and candidates must be from Gurugram only.

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
  • knowledge of recruitment cycle
  • Understanding of HR management and personnel management
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing HR policies
  • Ability to manage employee benefits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • MBA degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Prior internship experience in Human Resources is a plus
