Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our HR team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel Neuform’s expansion across various departments. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques, providing a foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs across various departments.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and managing the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful in finding creative sourcing solutions.
