Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and
coordinating interview schedules.
● Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
● Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to identify areas for
improvement.
● Provide administrative support to the HR department by maintaining employee records,
updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
● Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation.
● Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, policies, and
practices.
● Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and strategic
planning.
Required Qualifications
a. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
b. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
c. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
d. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS
software is a plus.
e. Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives in a dynamic work environment
