Internship Description
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from fresher to mid-level)
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Actively work on acquiring new recruitment clients for Kramah Software
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external clients
- Support employee welfare and engagement activities
- Collaborate with the HR and operations team on various ongoing HR initiatives
- Daily reporting of work progress and candidate status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with HR specialization (mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Own laptop and willingness to carry it to the office daily
- Must be willing to work from office (Bangalore) for the first 2 months
- Can opt for work from home after 2 months, based on performance and understanding of company work culture
- Should be a team player, dynamic, with a positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
