Internship Description
  • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from fresher to mid-level)
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Actively work on acquiring new recruitment clients for Kramah Software
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external clients
  • Support employee welfare and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the HR and operations team on various ongoing HR initiatives
  • Daily reporting of work progress and candidate status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree with HR specialization (mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Own laptop and willingness to carry it to the office daily
  • Must be willing to work from office (Bangalore) for the first 2 months
  • Can opt for work from home after 2 months, based on performance and understanding of company work culture
  • Should be a team player, dynamic, with a positive attitude
  • Immediate joiners preferred
