Internship Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist our Human Resources department with daily operations and provide support across a range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Help screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Support the on-boarding process for new hires.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Employee Relations:
- Provide administrative support for employee inquiries.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Performance Management:
- Assist in preparing performance review documents.
- Help track employee training and development initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports).
- Data entry and preparing HR-related documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and career development.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
