Internship Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist our Human Resources department with daily operations and provide support across a range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Help screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new hires.

Employee Records & Documentation:

Employee Relations:

  • Provide administrative support for employee inquiries.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in preparing performance review documents.
  • Help track employee training and development initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing reports).
  • Data entry and preparing HR-related documents.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and career development.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
