Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing candidates from various online portals.
- Gather and organize job applications.
- Schedule the interview and confirm applicant availability.
- Conduct an interview of applicant.
- Maintain Employee record.
- Organize Training sessions for employee.
- Maintain Employee Relations.
