ROLE            HEAD WEDDING PLANNER

SALARY        28  TO 35 LAKHS PER ANNUM

INDUSTRY    WEDDING 

FUNCTION    ARTS AND DESIGN

EXPERIENCE   10 TO 15 YEARS

EDUCATION   GRADUATION 

 

Need candidates who are running thier own business or company in wedding planning (Specially handled premium wedding)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Premium Weddings Management:
  • Work closely with clients to help them plan their event and deliver top class service.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of premium weddings , ensuring each event exceeds client expectations.
  • Lead the creative direction and design concepts for weddings, incorporating client preferences and current trends to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences.

 

  1. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of planners and assistant planners, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure team members are equipped with the resources needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development.

 

  1. Business Development | Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the vendor manager and operations managers to coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources for each event.
  • Collaborate with the relationship managers and sales managers to onboard new clients, understand their needs, and tailor wedding packages to meet their expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal operations teams, to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution of events.

 

  1. Strategic Initiatives:
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business and enhancing our service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation to elevate the quality of our events and differentiate Meragi Celebrations in the market.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Have strong work ethics
  • Have 10+ years of Wedding Planning/event planning experience
