Job Title: Financial Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Assistant to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, developing forecasts, monitoring budgets,
analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making processes to drive business growth and
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations to
management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances against budget/forecast.
• Support business planning, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Assist with cash flow management, working capital analysis, and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance as required.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or
professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CA are a plus).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is
an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Employment Type:
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates without prior experience will initially be offered a 6-
month internship. Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance evaluation, the
position may be converted into a permanent role.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be considered for permanent position.
