Job Title: Female Field Executive – Banquet Hall Collaboration

Job Overview:

Choconova is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Field Executive to build and maintain 
collaborations with banquet halls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a 
persuasive personality, and the ability to establish long-term business relationships. This role requires 
regular field visits to banquet halls to promote our company’s offerings and expand our partnership 
network.

Key Responsibilities: 
 Identify and Approach Banquet Halls: Develop a list of banquet halls for potential collaboration 
and establish contacts with their management. 
 Business Development: Present Choconova’s products/services to banquet owners/managers 
and negotiate partnerships. 
 Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with banquet halls to ensure 
continuous collaboration and increased business opportunities. 
 Client Meetings & Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with banquet managers to ensure 
satisfaction and explore new opportunities. 
 Market Research: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to 
enhance business strategies. 
 Event Coordination: Work with banquet hall teams to align our offerings with their events and 
customer needs. 
 Reporting: Maintain detailed records of visits, discussions, and agreements, and report progress 
to the management.

Qualifications & Skills: 
 Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 
 Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar field job. Prior experience in 
dealing with banquet halls, event management, or hospitality is a plus. 
 Skills Required: 
o Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
o Self-motivated and target-driven. 
o Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 
o Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. 
 Other Requirements: 
o Willingness to travel within the city for field visits. 
o Professional and presentable appearance. 
o Female candidates preferred for this role.
