Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Develop campaigns tailored to target audiences, focusing on homebuyers, investors, and tenants.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Develop visual and written marketing materials that showcase properties and real estate projects effectively.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize the company website and property listings to improve organic search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, creating engaging posts, stories, and advertisements.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries promptly to build a strong online community.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates.
  • Track email performance metrics and refine campaigns accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor digital marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to design basic marketing assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of real estate audience preferences and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
